Video to shorts pipeline
Long videos in. Shorts out.
Auto Shorts transcribes a full recording, finds the moments worth posting, cuts them into vertical clips with captions, writes each title, description, tag set and cover, then publishes to your connected channels on your schedule.
Runs on a private server. Operator access only.

How it works
One recording, a week of shorts
The whole path runs by itself after you approve the batch. The studio keeps a record of every clip it cuts and every post it makes.
Add a recording
Drop a full length video into Auto Shorts Studio. The audio is transcribed and the timeline is mapped before anything gets cut.
Review the shorts
Highlights are found and ranked, then cut into vertical 9:16 clips with burned in captions and a hook intro. Captions stay editable before posting.
Publish on schedule
Approve what should go out. Each clip uploads immediately, at a chosen time, or staggered across hours and days, with its title, description, tags and cover attached.
Capabilities
Everything a post needs, generated
Cutting, captioning, metadata and covers are produced from the footage itself, so a batch of shorts is ready to review minutes after a recording lands.
-
Highlight detection
The strongest moments are picked and ranked from the transcript, not cut at fixed intervals.
-
Vertical reframing
Every clip is cropped to 9:16 with the subject kept in frame while the speaker moves.
-
Burned in captions
Words are captioned onto the video and can be edited in the studio before the clip goes out.
-
Title, description and tags
Metadata is written per clip from what is actually said in that moment, not from a template.
-
Cover thumbnails
A cover frame is generated for each clip from the footage itself, ready to swap if you prefer another moment.
-
Scheduling and staggering
Post immediately, at a set time, or spread the batch across hours and days so the channel keeps a steady rhythm.
-
Performance tracking
View counts for posted clips are tracked in the studio, so the record of what worked stays with the batch.
Private by design
Built for one operator, not a crowd
Auto Shorts is a personal tool, not a public service. Channels are connected through Google Sign In by the operator only, and nobody else can sign in. The studio and every token it holds live on a private server.
